Fair comment Meril, I know you are on of the few who do offer others credit or even a chance to get the arti itself, unlike the farmers being reffered to in this and many other threads, as far`as they are concerned, them and them alone will get it, screw anyone else wanting cradit, seen this many times on many different artis - been told to FOAD once when I asked about CB.

I agree with you on the RvR thing, however not everyone can play 24/7, but they do put in their bit in the time they do have, whether its for 30 mins of 30 hours makes little odds, "its the taking part that counts."

And you do care about relics, just you still cant put them up in your house

some one said the arits are ment to be hard true and way it should be but when it can be done with 1 class and a ML9 pet + BB sucks for them who are trying to do the arit the right way.

It's a forum fgs., why shouldn't people be allowed to make threads about things ingame that concerns them ?

GoV is such a wanted arti , everybody and everybody's dog,fish and cat wants it. Has been a lot of crap around this arti. Myself I have just given up on whole arti (got book+enc), it's nothing new that people here are selfish and will farm this arti to force as much money out of realmmates for it as possible, but hey, I dont blame them. If people want to play that way and not helping their realm it's their choice, not saying I like it but if that is the way people want this realm to be, so be it.

Surprisingly enough the FH trolls strikes again with "QQ more" posts etc, how about some more constructive replies for a change ? If you only got shit like that to contribute with in a thread you shouldn't post at all. In fact , you sad people posting shit like that are the real QQ'ers.

Nothing wrong with the game, nor the classes. What is wrong is, that since its a mmorpg, people tend to bring their personality's worst and best sides with them when they log on. Its only human, and some people dont mind stepping over 20 others to get what they want. Sad, but true...

These passed 2 weeks i wasn't doing anyhting else but helping ppl get GoV... so i think i'm the not the bad person here and when i see gov camped , i don't do anything ,since they prolly camped it 5-6 hours with no pop...some peepz can confirm it so don't start accusing me for anything tho

Just remember to welcome him into bg/group to get encounter though.

I can only speak for myself here, but I would respect it if I was told to relaxe with pulling Danos cuz he/she have been camping it for 5 hours straight.

And I think these unwritten rules of how to behave in-game has been discussed a few times now, with the same outcome: Some people thinks with their character and some with their brain. Last mentioned are the ones respecting other ppl having friends inc.

Yeah, you got a certain point in that and these unwritten rules would be good to be real rules, but as they are not artifact "stealers" are protected by the coc. Which is of course bad manners, but not illegal.

I have to say that I would probably pull of danos in front of anyone, but I would still get very mad if I'd happen to be the victim.

I want to get the GoV, like every other bugger. So when you come along, kill him, and put it on your CM for 40p, what are you trying to achieve? I wouldnt buy it from you on principle, and certainly not 40p for a 5 minutes of effort drop, just have to wait for him to repop, so I can do it.

That is way too much for a drop, stop thinking with your wallets, the number of people ive come across who say *oh i wouldnt mind xx artifact, but its too expensive, and always camped*. These are the people who will be standing behind you in RvR, the people you will be expecting to rez you, or help defend the relics you love so much, so stop being so selfish, and help them once in a while, or at least stop hindering them.

Stop behaving like spoilt children and think outside your sad little existance where you are the most important thing and no-one else matters. And i know its not limited to the GoV, tho that is one of the worst ones at the moment.

pretty true. sadly, this has been this way in all games I've played so far, as it's kind of an attribute of the human character to be somewhat selfish. I understand that you don't like this behavior, but open your eyes, it won't change. I for myself try to camp the lowest possible ammount of artis when I'm summ with Joelz, but actually cash has to come from somewhere anyway.
people not needing a GoV and putting it on their CM for 40p might overprice it a little (I'd say its worth 30 anyway), but it's mostly cause they need money for items included in their own template.
furthermore, they're actually managing to sell these, due to that fact that there is people that can't be arsed to farm certain artis (gov e.g) but farm others instead, and buy GoV with the money they've gotten from other farms.

tbh the easy solution for Mythic to do is to make all arti's have a minimum number of people in the group or the arti wont drop. For the less popular and faster spawning arti's maybe 1 or 2 peeps, the most wanted and 'harder' arti's make it so you need 8-14 peeps.

Would stop these people who farm the arti's and sell them on, as getting 2fg's to do an arti usually needs organisation

Yes, but why make the bitch expansion known as ToA even harder than it is now?(Seeing this from a naive perspective where summon SMs don't exist) This is just my thought, but I think more people will stop renewing their account if ToA was made harder. Even before ToA went live on the servers ppl stopped their payment.

Why not make it easier for Mythic themselves by nerfing Focus Shield? After all this is whats used to farm the hard-to-do encounters today, a fop buffbot and a ML9 summon SM.

When this is said I also have to say, even though I don't have one, that I find it cool that you can actually solo most of these hard-to-do encounters with a summ. SM(by duallogging that is)

Finally a method where you don't have to bring half your guild to get one f*ckin' stupid artifact. Some casual roleplaying people might not agree with this, but this is just my opinion. Can't be a world of fun to spend +100plats on a template and a month of farming mobs when you're fascinated of the RvR aspects of the game.
