Anyone know a good free dial-up ISP?

My mum wants to be able to use internet banking but doesn't use the net enough to warrant forking out money on a broadband connect.

She used to use an old dial-up ISP account I had since '95 (and somehow wasn't paying for!) but I thinked they twigged the other month and ceased the account.

Any ideas are welcome. Does jolt still do its 0845 dial-up access? Any other good/reliable ISP's I can consider? Seems to be a bunch of 0844 dial-up ISPs kicking around when I search google, but don't know what they are like.

Nildram no longer do their dial up where you just pay the call charges which I was going to recommend but it seems Virgin media do the equivalent so go for that. http://www.virgin.net/allyours/broadband/dialup/
