anyone having a 10 second delay on everything?

lo just wandering if this evening anyone else has had the crazy lag i have? most people dont seem to have that i spoke to but if i type something it doesnt appear for 10 seconds if i attack something it doesnt happen for 10 seconds hell ive even seen mids around me then few seconds later im dead and they arent visible .. same with stealthing applying poison anything wandering if its just me.. got no problem with anything else just daoc

yep, had it tonight, pain in the ass. used pingplotter and seems to be a problem with Opentransit (no supprise there). id email them, but i really cant be arsed, doesnt seem like ive missed or being missing much tonight.

I had that crap all day yesterday was getting slaughtered in melee battles couldn't even perfrom a style was ok though very early morning as i went to bed typical always goes good when you can't play

Same here, the lag started yesterday afternoon for a couple of hours, then the lag was gone again till around 20.00cet :/

Now I logged in this morning again and its still the same...
I have ADSL is it cuz of that? or what is it :/

Well, i logged in at 22.00 CET, in Briefine, ran to emain, and ran into a lag wall, went ld. Logged back, after a few retry's since the login in server didt respond, i then was in svasud so i guess some hippies/albies killed me, but after that crazy lagspike, i only had 1 big lagspike again over the whole nite it was when we ran into Coren and his 2 friends in uppland, just as i was goin to zap his caster friend it started to lag like hell

Hi there,

yes have also had terrible lag since logging on at about 7:00pm yesterday and has continued all day today. Ran a trace and discovered a 2000ms ping at the point of opentransit networks.

Its just impossible to play at the moment as Im having 6 second delays on casting and was even seeing how much xp I was getting for a kill last night before the mob had even died .

I know of at least 2 other people on Hib/Pry having the same problem last night, hope that the networking problem will get fixed soon.

I've just run pingplotter through to prydwen's IP, and it seems fine. It also isn't using that bourse.opentransit router, which might be the problem, heh.

rofl, Garris, that is identical to what im getting on pingplotter (well, bar the first couple of servers due to different isp). kinda annoyed that it hasnt gone tonight. has anyone been in touch with opentransit/goa about this yet?
