anyone else having Problems with DAOC

i tried my daoc at 5:30pm started downloading a new patch cancelled it first time started it up again started downloading new patch again downloaded new patch and it muffed up my daoc has it happend to anyone else?

yeah i just downloaded trial or atlantis and now it wont recognise my password... obviously it shouldnt have installed that patch.. anyone know what to do?

Think we might have to Reinstall the game and patch it up 2 date hopefully that will work

Yesus... same question everytime the patch server is getting hammered...

Open your update.dat in the SI directory and delete everything in it. Then enter this:

Mythic Patch
193.252.123.21:1280/updates/english/isles/mpatch.dat
193.252.123.21:1280/updates/english/isles/mpatch.dat

Save the changes, make the file read only and launch the game. You'll patch back to EU.

Done it but it still downloands a 14.2 meg patch,what ever i try i will not work.

I have problems with daoc too....every time i want to play i get killed by some strange mobb callen an "Albion"

Does anyone else have this problem?

Check over the update.dat file again - the only way you will download is if thats changed. There must have been a problem earlier as numerous other people have had the same problem
