Having problems with /gc commands, anyone else had them?

Hey guys...

Ever since the latest patch our guild has been bugged, it is impossible for us to promote or demote anyone atm.
I (Guildrank 0) cannot promote a guildrank 9 even. Has anyone else had these problems and did you solve it? We have talked to rightnow and the responses we are getting arent helping atm.

We can invite ppl to the guild nps, and we can change many other things, just not promote

Would be grateful for any help

I haven't had any problems promoting from 9 to 0 and from 9 to 6. That's all I've tried so far though...
