i would try this setup.
Its a nice setup but I don't think an alb group can ever be as good as a hib/mid. I do agree they can do well if you make a fixed setup with good classes and setups but if you did exactly the same process in either mid or hib they would be better still.

The problem lies in key abilities, its been said before but all albs abilities are just so spread over many classes. I always thought a sorc in a group without a spirit caba is only half as good as they can be. Look at healers/bards, both have two key abilities; mezz and either healing or speed/end. Now look at sorc and they have mezz but only mediocre damage unless you bring a spirit caba along. The caba can then bring damage and also disease so thats 2. This is why the best alb group must have both those classes. Then to get more advantage over the other realms you have to use the unique abilities like a tank with pbae interupt and a pet spammer. Clerics are just poor compared to healers/druids, paladin is hardly the best for guarding and is only really there for end, if any other class had end regen you can bet the paladin would be treated just like a thane. Caster groups without pbae are always gonna struggle vs tank groups as well, and have no way of combatting large numbers.

Anyway thats enough rambling, in conclusion im just trying to say alb classes cannot piece together as well as hib/mid, each class just doesn't support each other as well as they should. With the arrival of NF (and the departure of GP) the gap between the realms should get smaller though
