Works the same way as the Nvidia shadowplay, luckily I have that functionality built in to my Shield Tab. Awesome but you need a controller and a way to customise the button functions. If you notice the vid he did nothing but left click mouse so would be very limiting in touch mode only.

Prison Architect is more or less touch only anyway..

Always wondered if they'd make a tablet version of Prison Architect tbh.

Is it possible to get nvidia software on non-Nvidia products? - I noticed there's like a games portal of sorts but that seemed about it.
