It's through my dad, its on a plate ready for the taking. Practically guarenteed a job.

The bloke said just come in tomorrow and have a look around and see what you think of it, have a bullshit and take it from there. But it's a formal interview, but abit more relaxed because hes a mate of my dads.

It's selling shit on the phones

Be sure to make eye contact, but not to much during your interview. Dont figit, dont cross your arms. Wear the white shirt but with no tie. Learn how to go for interviews m8, this one may be none to serious, but its good practice !

Wear a white shirt as has already been suggested. A tie should be worn. I gave many interviews and I hated it when someone only made half the effort when dressing for an interview. A suit jacket with an open collar is fine for dinner or going out, not an interview. Try and be aware of your body language, make eye contact, and do not try and fill silences with random babble.

It may be a shoe in job, but no point taking risks by not making a great first impression.

Laddey it'll be a fairly relaxed interview, but it does not mean you can piss about or make lots of jokes etc. If you get nervous in interviews, go early (but dont actually enter the building) so you can get all the nerves out the way.

Think of a suitable answer for why you want to work there. You're a little stuck as he knows your dad so you could say you're looking for a career change and this looks like something you want to be part of. However if the jobs something to just earn some money like a supermarket that reply may not work.

Best of luck mate, let us all know how it goes!

Im not gonna try and be funny cos im not a funny person, im just gonna go with the flow and see how it goes :)

You joke but we do! I was due to int one girl a few months back (last year now) about a job and checked out her facebook page. Guess what? She had a nice long "wall history" of skiving off work (and saying she was).

Guess who's interview got cancelled? Beware of the public domain!

I go in tomorrow for a taster day.

It's selling google, you know the space on google?

So we ring up companies asking them if they want it. Self employed, he said they can sometimes take home over a grand a week.

But im not sure how im gonna do tbh. I'm confident, good phone manner but fuck knows it im any good at selling things over the phone. I used to do it few months ago but face to face sellin

Ouch, hard selling. Not the most enjoyable job unless you are making lots of sales.

Oh and the facebook thing is easy. Facebook has very good privacy settings, but people seem unaware of how to use them.

I heard if you join a network (person you want to spy on has to be part of that network) you can view their profile as if you were a friend. I dont know if this is still true?
