just adding abit on delrith, its about off topic and a mod even for daoc board doesnt have to know how the game works. He does have to know about the community and be known (and reasonably respected) by the community he is moderating on, cerdin isnt known or even in a slight bit part of OT community. So he wouldn't be a good choice.

About the list mods never get chosen by the boards users, but by the admins. Now there arent that many people who could be eOT mod actually and I doubt you would agree with any of them and none of the people on your list would be good mods for OT (might be good for daoc mods, but that isnt the same)

With no disrespet meant towards Adari, this is the kinda thing in life that makes me think, just like the teenage criminals who come out of juvenile detention and are given a free holiday in the carribean. They're good for a couple of months until they go there then once they're back and everyone trusts them, they go out commiting crimes again. On the subject of Asking for peoples opinions, and then telling us to just sit back and let events unfold?

Either make your decision and be big enough to say this is how it is going to be getover it, or ask people for there opinions before you make a decision. A decision may I add which you guys are not going to change regardless of the negative response you get to it.

now back on topic I have no reason to doubt that Adari can do the job that he has created for himself, after all why would he suggest the idea to Deebs if he was gonna piss the opportunity up the wall?

I have seen some of Adari's posts and yes he can be somewhat arrogant and childish and ignorant but that is EoT all over and thats probably the reason why it has the same going back to read more.

So to summarise we dont actually have a choice or an opinion because it has been forced onto us by the powers that be and we can do nothing else other than wait until Adari slips up (if he does). And whether it is in a day a week or a years time. Deebs will suddenly be be inundated with cries of we told you so.
