Well me and Reece are fair, so we don't have the darkest of complexions so they help. And as its coming summer, i wont get my legs out unless they have a bit of colour to them.

sunbeds do not control UV radiation, they just blast you with no concise dosage meaning it's very dangerous and will have long term effects to your skin, and special prize of cancer if you're lucky.

I would know as I have uv radiation treatment whenever possible. Trained doctors and nurses in hospitals have sun shower machines which control the dosage and gradually build up in tolerance to make it as safe as possible for your skin, however still chance of risk. Once your body aquires the max recommended dosage, you're not allowed man-produced uv radiation again for another year or effects can be very dangerous to your body.
