All time low for Alb

2 Weeks ago i died at AMG in odins, and guess what REGULAR occurance happened, thats right a FG of albs ran past me , not a rag tag bunch, but a L337 elitist grp with pretty obviously a pally and a cleric or 2, oh guess they mustve been speeding too fast to see me. Oh look who's this , its hibs..

Fg albs pwns hibs.. stands amg a few secs... runs off..

comes back 30 secs later , im still laying there btw and oh look ..
oh..
bye then..

Yup, as usual Albs so hungry for there little rp that they just dont care that there fellow realmates dead. Takes 2 secs m8 to cast a rez in your L337 equipment.. but no, now im not gonna say what guild<s> it was, cos u really dont need to for alb/excalibur , its pretty obvious..

But this isnt just a QQ thread from me, this is a regular occurance still, happens to me and others i know in emain , odins , hadrians, people really in that desperate a rush they cant rezz u <hey its rp too> , were supposed to be One realm vs the evils of mid and hib, but hey, nm eh..

maybe if world war 3 starts and u need a rez on the battlefields of war, ill be sure that me and my drum toting mates rush by u in the hope of finding osama bin ladens secret lerpicorn mushrooms instead of rezzing u too

oh and while im on the subject, why , when theres 30 odd people in goth , is it still so amazingly hard to find someone to help u do a transfer to another character.. maybe im holding down the smelly tramp key or something :/

1. Some people PM you in the middle of a fight, with only the command: rezz me! .. after that they start moaning. WTF? Do some people not understand that I rather safe my group and rezz others after?

2. When I finally rez people they can't even say thank you. And I thought we were 'fellow realmmates'. Not gonna rezz people if they can only take the effort to spam, rezz!

So.. they rez you. And you´re standing at amg, rez sick, with low hp (or do you expect a 100% rez?) and unbuffed amongst all those NS´s and SB´s and a Cleric of a fg is running around with 50% power for the next couple of minutes.

It´s just common sense to not rez people in RvR (unless it´s 20 meters outside of atk) not a display of ignorance or elitism. Always release and come back. It´s faster for you and better for your realm.

This might have been a <synergy> group, since we were flamed ingame more than once by people for not rezzing.

Our part of the story is: Rezzing costs 50% power and standing still in front of a milegate is just suicidal. Hordes of enemies pass by milegates so it's a certain death when you start rezzing people there.

Furthermore; Most people got a buffbot, i wouldn't even want to be rezzed at amg,mmg or hmg because you will die on way back to your buffbot anyway. So waste of a 10 minutes I think.

Our Cleric-part of the story is: Even when still themselves are in full battle they get spammed by ppl with 'rezzzzzzzzzz' or 'rez me !!!'. And when they do rezz after battle, a simple 'thank you' seems to be too much for the ppl who were rezzed.



This is why we, in our guild, agreed on not rezzing anymore. Call it arrogant or elitest, we don't care. It saves us from death and alot of frustration.

I always rez tho, but if im low on power i dont rest for it on the spot (gotta follow group etc). I know your feeling tho but i got over it kinda and just /release when i die these days =P

I think to rez or not to rez is a matter of where and when sorta, well thats my opinion anyway....judge the situation and so on.

I understand why u guys dont rez in a milegate tho, i take the risk doing it now and then, but thats just silly me =P

However, not like its a big threat or anything since u guys prolly got everything sorted in one or another way, but in curtesy to you guilds not rez anyone thing, i will respond with the same way vs Synergy...
I help ppl cause i expect others to help me.
Even tho i cant count on that will happen all the time i gotta play by my own rules.

This post is directed at us probably, and well rezzing tends to get us killed especialy at mile gates cos we have to stop and do it. If your out solo why do you want a rez its pointless trying to solo unbuffed anyhow imo.

This is usual stuff and has been for some time now. I can understand both sides of the argument, its annoying for the dead person, but if a group uses power to rez a few people and then gets jumped, they're in a worse position than if they hadn't bothered.

I always say 'Can I get a rez plz?' or 'Can you rez me when your done fighting please?' (something alone those lines) and I always say 'Thx' in /s after a rez so will you rez me if you see me dead! I also dont ave a BB so no need for me to run back to APK

ok, so they res u, they then fight next grp with 1 cleric on 50% power, not a good idea. just release and port bak, u also know that 1/2 the time they are afk.

But, i do try to go out to kill something. 99% of the time it is /release..but when i do get a rezz i always say thanks. I also have a scout, a don't add, and i bet lots of other stealthers dont either. Just because you prolly do that don't tar us all with the same brush.

And as for the guy saying dont't bother if you don't have a BB...screw you. You are basically saying that i am no use to man or beast in this game as solo. Well, i try my hardest to get out there and kill stuff. I dont want to rely on a BB just to help me live. How do you know if there are more??...do you ask every single stealther "do you add ??" ...or are you just assuming?. I can't believe that out of all the stealthers about only 2 or 3 don't add....well, i am one who doesnt add...who is/are the other 1/2 ...i bet you will find more who don't.
But, then again..you will prolly think they are lying beacuse you have made your mind up already.

We've had so many of these threads, its getting boring.
The general consenus from RvRing, grouping albs, is that standing at a mile gate is stupid, especially if you know hibs are inc etc.
In addition, you dont want your cleric to potentially start next fight on 50% mana.
In addition, if you rez and hibs come, that soloer is only going to add anyway.
Many soloers dont say thanks.
Many soloers are buffed and would release to save tehm running upbuffed back to apk.

I'm sure your realm mates really do care, however, in the end, it comes down to who pays their subscription. They do, and thus can choose how to play, the fact they choose not to show how much they care by rezzing or not rezzing is not the point, they may simply be out of power. Or know that enemies are inc.
