I was there for something like 90 mins (had logged earlier on the day to get a well deserved rest from the raid)....

At no point whatsoever during my time there could the albions not have defeated the mid forces by charging them. We were clearly superior in numbers (take a look from battlements that gives a pretty good indication).

So exactly what were the reasons to stand firm against (at one time) 20 mids ? rps.

Surely from a pure tactical standpoint the better thing in a standoff with the enemy is to build up numbers, then kill them (thus allowing them no time to catch a breather and build up numbers) - and wait on the next wave of mids - rinse, repeat.

anyway when i bigged up the Albs I wasnt referring to the 90 minutes you were at the wall I was referring to the time before that (Erasliegh Defence) and the time after the original encounter at the wall.... no point bitching about Albs being lame if you didnt see the whole battle?
