Someone was on the very top of the mmg tonight shooting (archer)



errm how? this aint possible unless someone's been useing a cheat


didnt get the name although a hell of a lot of people will have


why's the need to cheat?

Hardly supprises me, hes knowingly abused bugs before to get an advantage over others, so why should he stop now.

report him, and hope he looses his account.

Good thing aussie doesn't know about the special hib commands: /godmode and /quaddamage .. :)

Stop whining and play the damn game..
Report the cheaters and hope GOA does something about them, because as far as I can think of that's all you can do!

It isn't ? Still have a screenie of 5+ hib casters partly sticking out the crim walls nuking albs ... was the first time the bug was deliberately used by so many ppl at the same time.

First guy to Xp Kill on a large scale on alb was a hib, Nilo. It was in sauvage and he had lvl 37ish when most ppl in alb were still struggling to get past the low 30s

etc etc ...
And stop whining, if you c someone using a cheat report him through rightnow instead of coming here to post about it.

Erm .. I lvled a bit with Nilo.. He might have exp killed (his choice) but I'm VERY certain that I've been exp killed a lot round the lvl 30s in crauchan gorge by EVERY realm (all higher lvl than me of course) so he might have been the first to do it to alb for a change but he certainly wasn't the first in general .. anyway, does it matter, exp killing is lame, even though I loved the lazy way alpha used to do it: STUN! not even bothering with DD's lol

Those were the purple/red con days of alpha, haven't been ganked since I became yellow con though :)

and i have numerous screenshots of albs doing exactly the same.
it doesnt proove much, apart from that there are cheaters in all realms, not just hib

and let me get this straight, your moaning about hibs, xping killing albs? lmao.

1,5 moth ago Godofredo escape from me (if u don't know - i'm skald) he shot another person and i run and try intercept Godo. I do snarre and of course my speed song off. I press "spint". BUT - Godo with snarre run faster then me. He do it in this day twice with me. And once with my friend Giramas. I don't wanna report about it to Goa, coz don't have roufe. But - today he come to roof MMG and kill some ppl from roof.

hmm can't see how he is abusing in all honesty apart from standing in a spot your not supposed to (otherwise there would be stairs).

From where he is it should have been easy for someone to stand on the wall and shoot him plus have a mage nuking him.

Bug exploiting to make yourself 'immortal' is defined when

a - someone on the same axis as you can attack but not be attacked (wall abuse)

b - standing in a position where 2 different ranged attackers cannot hit you (roofs in forts)

If he can be hit by two different forms of ranged attack it isn't exploiting.

However I see it personally as cheating if you are in a position that you should not be able to reach, and are using that advantage. This includes inside walls, standing on the roof in forts or walls. Trouble is that too many people have no ethics or personal moral code,.

Doesn't matter who invents it - what matters is who use it.
And what matters more is they get banned no matter realm.

Cheaters ruin the game for ordinary people and defending cheaters is just as lame.

I'm pretty sure you can hit people on the rooftop with both spells and bows, so I'm not sure standing on rooftpops is cheating.
I seem to remember there's something written about it on US-herald.
Cheaters in general sux though

Hmm... I have read on this boards that ALBs invented wallbugg beta. but that has nothing to do with who uses the bugg now. nor has the hibs that appearently was the first to get caught after release.

and roofs... first ss i ever saw on anyone on a roof was Veeshan...

it don't have a flying shit to do with what Godofredo is doing anyway.

and about proofs... have I got something wrong or doesn't GOA check loggs for the /loc and time for the accused cheating? meaning you don't need any waterproof evidence more then your word...

if everyone reported him then he wouldnt have his account anymore or does that takes to much work?

I reported him last time when i caught him in the wall at crim, but seeing as i wasnt there on thsi occasion it wouldnt be right for me to report it...

You know...some of ya's make me sick....hibs started albs started mids stareted it...ffs, grow up...if you slap me and I slap you back we were both wrong. As for reporting cheater on BarrysWhine come on...you should know better, most of you are older than 15 years so ffs act like. Report it thru the PROPPER channels. If it turns out he DID cheat and then gets banned then by all means post it here. but untill you know for sure shut up. Ok, so this person was standing on the roof..ok, deffinate advantage! Chaeting? Well, we are not the ones to decide that, GOA is. Untill they DO decide that then none of us have any right to tarnish someones reputation by accuseing them publiclly.

Oh and BTW, all you perfect white souls should think before speaking. Untill you're squeaky clean don't say anything about anyone else.

No not really, just stating that hibs and mids ( mids who had the higher lvls early in the game by far) Picked up on the Xp killing in snowdownia and nilo (a hib) was the first player widely know by albs at the time to Xp kill. So now that the little xp killed albs have all matured ( LvL wise ) you don't have to be surprised that you are getting some Xp killing (with interest) back.

Well, I don't see anything wrong with posting nice pictures of abusers on this forum. Regarding Godofredos reputation so isn't it that much to ruin. He has been banned for abusing before, and I don't think he came up on the roof by mistake. Even if its not bug abusing, you are not ment to be on the roof. If it was intended they would have put a ladder there.

I don't really see why ppl bother to "climb" up on roofs and standing inside walls. If you get "famous" exploiting then ppl will report you more often and you'll end up like our friend mr. Godofredo. Disliked by most ppl and repported to GOA lot more often then others.

i dont want anyone to be baned whats the point of that make an already diminishing population even smaller (that wouldnt be wise would it)


i just wish that goa / mytic could make sure that these wall holes are stopped so this kind of thing can not go on anymore

we all would like an edge over the enemy but we carnt.

The point is to keep people around, we need a clean game.
Cheaters and bugabusers makes more people leave.

Something that could severly put me off RvR alltogether and this game was if cheaters and bug abusers wasn't reported and dealt with.
