Just tried that download out to see what speed I'd get at 5am in the morning.

Got 100Mb file in a couple of mins. About the best thing about my job is the 450Mbit connection...

Sounds about right...

56k modem is about 4.8kb/sec
512 BB is about 60kb/sec
1mb is about 100+kb/sec
2mb about 230kb/sec

Those are all approximate figures mind...

theoretical max is 128KB/s, given overheads you'll almost never get it, 120 is very good though.
