Well, you might not be wrong, but you're not right - because stating the fact that you have a degree as some kind of defense really does leave you open to all sorts of abuse.

Everything I stated was correct, and backed up clearly with facts. How exactly am I not right then? Every single statment about the tech capability of DSL I've backed up with the most current reports from the industry.
The reason I stated that I had a degree was to point out the fact that I've studied pricing strategies to a high level (and to state again, I concentrated on BT and their competitive practices for my final year report).
You want to hear my opinion on why BT price as they do?

I thought that in a large part it was due to the restrictions placed upon them by the Monopolies and Mergers Commission?

I do not have a degree in the General Habits of BT, however, so feel free to correct me.

TBH your right it would be an opinion and nothing else as you can't get hard figures out of BT. You can only use the standard pricing methods costs etc....a little bit of guestimation
