Having been on the end of some unfair bans I agree the modding is incosistent at best. It seems "friends" or people in the good books of mods get away with a lot of shit. People they are not so fond of get banned at the drop of a hat.

I dont really see any inocent people getting banned. And the ones the do get banned or the mods dont "like" as you say are people that are frequently using this as their garbage bin..pouring there crap and shit over everyone else that have to listen to it over and over again...i say good ridance. And since they cant learn after second ban...well...ban them again and again if that is what it takes to keep the trash of the forum.

Don't post shit you don't get banned. The CoC is at the top of every forum it's really not that hard to find. Some people just don't like getting into trouble when they have a little tantrum.
