Anti-Tank Guns

Weapon Variety - Where is the Garand? It's not a WWII game without that *ping* of the clip ejecting.

An in-game comms system would make public play a lot more satisfying. Just make sure to include a "mute player" function.

15- 20 second no damage period after respawn to stop the spawn campers......oh yes and sniper rifles still need tweaking

In my humble opinion spawn camping is all part of the game and there really is no room for people to complain about it, my 2 reasons for this are...

1) If someone is camping your spawn point then all you have to do is select another flag your team owns and spawn there.

2) If your team owns all the flags then the only thing left to do is go to the enemy and kill them at their own base.

I dont see the logic in people who cry spawn camper when the people who are spawn camping already own all the flags (what are they supposed to do, give some flags back just so they can shoot the enemy again?) I know for a fact that if the team im on owns all the flags them im going to come to your base and camp right outside your front door, and if there is a repair point there then you will find me on it, it may be lame to some people but to me it is a valid tactic that will stop you from capturing flags back.

If the enemy dont own all the flags and are spawn camping then you need to read point 1

I find 90% of people who cry about enemy spawn campers are themselves plane camping whores who get upset because the enemy panzer keeps blowing up the planes.

I say let them spawn camp, while they are camping I will be spawning at the other end of the map and capturing all their flags.

I only spawn camp if my airplane gets blown up while over an enemy base, and the only time I fly a plane is if I plan to circle the enemy base and shoot everything I can .

Which raises another question, does flying a plane round an enemy base shooting everything you can count as spawn camping?, the only difference is instead of standing in the base you are flying around it, this makes 90% of pilots spawn campers.

As for improvments, the only improvement I can think of is for the repair points, they should be given a repair charge like the engineer, once it has used the charge it needs to recharge itself, this will help put a stop to the repair point campers (something I never do )

Its like the dickheads who get on your ship, in reality they would of been killed or captured as soon as they got on the ship....although in the game they can get on a ship.

Thus auto death within 5 seconds would be a nice feature

Would be good if the rifle were improved a bit though.

Not exactly an addition to the game, more a bug fix but.... please fix the in game browser, that thing just plain out lies about how many people are on a server

Being able to duck in the gunner's turret on a tank
Machine guns on jeeps
Additional abilities for engineers - erecting tank traps / sandbags, that sort of thing
Some level of deformable scenery
A well lobbed grenade going through the gunner's opening on a tank

erm .... loads of other things, I'm sure. It'll be interesting to see if any of the features in the new RTCW multiplayer game leak across to bf.

shame you cant have like "booby traps"

ie: hiding mines or trip switches:

Mines: get covered over by leaves, sand, grass etc,

TS: Wire going along road and if someone trips over it, it explodes...

I maybe looking too Vietnamese here, but surely they did that sort of stuff in WWII?

There was like, 3 people pushing it, one guy in the "Driving Seat", all where behind like a huge metal shield thing... im pretty sure it was a Machine Gun tho

Take my Anti-Tank gun, it would require 2 engineers to setup and take about 20 seconds at least. The number of Anti-Tank guns would change depending on the map and they would be highly effective against tanks, as they were in real life.

upon a bit of research, i found that the gun i was talkin about was called a "20mm Cannon".... i read a bit more and believe some parts where made out of the Panzer Tank.... but couldnt find any pictures

This point was written assuming you are on the winning team.... If one team owns all the flags and your not on that team, then obviously you only have one flag to spawn at and that flag is where most of the winning teams players should be. The LOGIC behind this is to prevent the losing team from getting to the captured flags and capturing them back.
