oh and that legal 'mental torture' like being forced to stand upstraight with a bag over your head and not being allowed to speak for hours ain't that bad. we went through that in basic infantry training when i was in the army (norwegian infantry).

a few hours... try 2 years with no access to shade or protection from the wind/rain and not enough room to do more than sit and stand so you can't walk. Leading to permant vision defects, muscle athrophy and bone problems. And that's just for starters. All without trial or access to legal representation. Ahh the joys of being a non combatant prisoner in an annexed part of a foreign country.. Camp Xray, the fun factory...

believe me, guantanamo bay is anything but legal. the shit that goes on there disgusts me and that was NOT the kind of 'legal mental torture' i was talking/thinking about. anyways, this torture debate is over for my part, i have said my mind.
