About DW swing speed

Is the swing speed when you DW calculated only by the main weapon or is the speed of the offhand also in it somehow?

Specing in DW/CD will increase the % of when you double hit (hit with both main hand and off hand at the same time), when this is achieved you gain the haste effect.

main hand spd + off hand spd / 2 = your swing speed when double hitting.

Example of my infil:
4.2 spd, normaly
4.2 + 3.3 / 2 = 3.72 spd, when double hitting, quick will lower this number as at too.


Its slightly different for LA due to them swinging at the hasted speed all the time, specing in LA increases their main hand dmg.
