I wonder if it might be a good idea to mail details of this incident to Mythic in the states. I'm not sure if they're aware what piss poor customer service we recieve from GOA but another reminder sent to them can't hurt.
Heh, you read my mind. I have. I have also invited them to poll the European playerbase to get a view of exactly what we think of the service GoA are providing us.
With any luck, if most of us answer truthfully, when the contract renewal comes up Mythic will choose to host elsewhere.
Might get some sort of customer support then.
