what about that highest waterfall thing in Venezuela. Think DaGaffer's been there too. what's it called again....Angel Falls?

Yeah. The 7 Wonders crew who did the online vote a couple of years ago are doing the "Natural Wonders" right now. I think after your recent Norway trip you may be annoyed by what's missing from the shortlist ;)

Can any of these future 'Wonders' really the Pyramids though?

We went to Eygpt last year and stood beside these things and i was in awe of how such a thing could be built back then, how many thousands of people probably died from making them?

How were they made? people still do not know today exactly how they were built considering lack of technology.

Personally i think the Pyramids will never be topped unless we start going to other planets.

It is. The "New 7 Wonders" are:

Chichen Itza
Petra
Christ The Redeemer - Rio
Macchu Pichu
Colosseum
Great Wall of China
Taj Mahal

I've seen five of them and personally I think any list like this that doesn't include Angkor Wat is immediately suspect; the Christ Redeemer statue is actually nothing special tbh, there are loads of them all over South America, that one just happens to be the largest.

What are the "new" wonders?
I mean have the revised the list or something? I thought the Pyramids was one of them :p

Get out my head! :D

I wathced Transformers 2 last night and that had the pyramids in and I said to Samm how the fuck did they make them, I was close to believing that maybe Transformers made them. I just can't get my head around how they did it.

There was a documentary fairly recently on it that put to bed a lot of myths and introduced some pretty new stuff (confirmation of internal ramps etc.). Really good watch.

I went there when I was 15 with school and thought staying at home in bed would have been a much better filler for my day :(
