i am extremely happy that i dont have to inhale foul smoke if i want to go for a pint or two

i was on a boat from Hull to Rotterdam a few years ago (the ban had been in effect for a little while at that point) and i had just about got used to the smoke free environment - as soon as the boat hit international waters the smoking ban hit the deck as it were, i ended up spending most of my trip in the cafe because it was so unpleasant (i had forgotten how nasty it was to breathe it in)

thats changed now though as far as i know, no more smoking on boats either, even when they are in international waters

As long as the bar is under 40 square meters it's legal for the owner to allow smoking "if he so wishes"
You can smoke more or less anywhere outside.

Personally, I don't give that much of a shit fettoken. The fact is though, smokers fucking reek when they come back from having a fag. Their clothes reek, their skin reeks and their houses reek when you visit them.

It could be just the break from things, but smoking also does slow down your bloodflow. No idea if there's any study on it, but usually works.

Its the nicotine and the addiction it caused that makes a smoker stressed, thats why when you smoke you calm down because you have appeased the craving, as others have already stated. And about the bloodflow, smoking is one of the biggest contributing factors to high blood pressure which ofc can lead to heart attack and stroke.
