Guys, moaning at MS has it's benefits. They returned my console without fixing it, MS customer services tried to say it was not their fault. They are refunding my extended warrenty, agreed I could simply exchange it where I bought it, and then I can buy a new extended warrenty if I wish to.

I'd rather not pay £60 a pop for repair outside of warrenty, so it's not too bad really.
