It's that time of year again folks, time for another Festival with many great attractions including a great auction to put the last one to shame.
Attractions:
The Great Midgard Treasure Hunt.
Spanning two difference continents, both traiditional and SI, team of competetors will raise against one another it an attempt to solve the clues and hunt down 7 secreted treasures. First team to return home wins the prizes.
Mr and Miss Midgard Competition:
Great fun had by all last year, its time to crown a new Mr and Miss Midgard. Can anyone take Bloods crown of Mr Midgard away from him??? Competition consists of 3 sections:
Public Address: Competetors give a small address regarding what it would mean to them to be Mr/Miss Midgard and what they will do to help beter their realm, if they win.
Fashion Show: Time to break out the glamour clothes folks, the chique and vain will shine in Gna Faste. Marks will be given for dresss sense and style
(emotes etc win bonus marks.)
Talent Contest: Says it all really, be it a peom, a dance routine, hell we even had a strip show from one Mr Midgard contests last year the choice is yours. Who will forget Blood' Chorus Girls
The Grand Midgard Melee: Time to find out whose the best of the best! Seperated into Class specific catagories, Midgardians will do Battle until one remains. Further Details will follow.
The Great Gna Auction: Items from all over the realm have been collected and will be up for grabs, bargains to be had for all fronts. The bizarre, then mundane, Masterwork weapons and Armours.
And of course, Midgards Finest crafters are sure to be about plying their trades throughout the weekend.
Date: The Weekend of Saturday 11th and 12th of October 2003.
All Proceeds from the event will be divided as follows:
80% of all Proceeds will be given over to the Relic Door Fund.
10% will be given over to assist members of Aegirs Adventuring Guild (Newbie Guild) with assisting and equipping genuine new members of the realm.
10% will go to Nemesis as hosts of the events.
