1. Why did you roll the class you play today?
I chose SB because I wanted a class I could play alone, when no groups where to be found, when my online time suddenly changed too (became a dad), this was the easiest to play for short times too.

2. Do you regret it? And if you do, what stealth-class would you rather play these days?
I have always loved my SB and wouldnt go back, but I like the ranger as well.

3. What is the best with your class?
General: That I can choose my target and therefore have a proper chance to solo.
Stealthers: Off-hand swinging every round.

4. What is the worst with your class?
General: When I have a lot of time to play its hard to get fun groups going, regular groups don't want stealthers, although spymaster can help a fun group.
Stealthers: LA-penalty.

5. Which/What enemy stealth class do YOU find hardest?
Minstrel if played properly, ranger close 2nd.

6. Which enemy stealth class do you prefer to bump into?^^
Scout if he doesnt have Mos 5.

7. What RA do you like the most?
Purge III.

8. What RA do you dislike the most(in the hands of your stealthed enemys)?
Mos 5.

9. What ml-ability is your absolute favorite?
Mezz poison or lookout. In the rare fun groups group stealth can be a blast.

10. Which ml-ability do you dislike the most(in the hands of your stealthed enemys)?
Escape tools (speed of sound, phaseshift, vanish)

None regular ones, ive played em all except critblade, I am considering trying it though, but will be forced into a caster killer role or to stay in duo's/trios.

On and off till i quit Daoc, although i have my SM and Shaman projects going atm.

I used to like it cus I was able to compete against even high RR stealthers, now im not so sure anymore. Still play it occasionally tho when no GG action around

2. Do you regret it? And if you do, what stealth-class would you rather play these days?
I always wanted to try a Minstrel, but just cba to make one

3. What is the best with your class?
The slightly overpowered 2.5 spec points/level

4. What is the worst with your class?
Im low RR, which means everything just tears right through me

I dont stand a chance against Remedy Nightshades, and high RR SBs also just tears right through me.

Hunter or Ranger, if they got IP down

7. What RA do you like the most?
Deffonate Purge

8. What RA do you dislike the most(in the hands of your stealthed enemys)?
IP on Archers, higher MoS than me on assasins

9. What ml-ability is your absolute favorite?
Poisonspike (wub it can be cast in combat, tho slightly op)

Zephyr by far

Sofar im very much liking 50 cs, 35 stealth, 35 slash, 32 env, 37 dw

50 slash, 50 dw. Just not worth it, gimping env and cs like that

15. How long do you think you will keep on playing your stealther?
On and off when im bored, but I dont see it ever becomming high rr, since I pride myself in solo'ing and often get ganked by either duo twats or RR8+ assasins

Well, I rolled it to have an alternative class to solo with when no solid group around to play my old maintoon in.

2. Do you regret it? And if you do, what stealth-class would you rather play these days?

No ofc not, why would I. Besides, rerolling is very very easy these days and 1.82 makes it even easier.

3. What is the best with your class?

Im an ELF!

4. What is the worst with your class?

Oh I dunno, crappy shitestats I guess..

5. Which/What enemy stealth class do YOU find hardest?

A high RR hunter is always fun to fight, really hard to take those down.

6. Which enemy stealth class do you prefer to bump into?^^

Scouts if I need RPs, paladins if I want a good long fight

7. What RA do you like the most?

Purge rox.

8. What RA do you dislike the most(in the hands of your stealthed enemys)?

Hmm, hard to say really, MoS on scouts that slam for friends arent popular in my book.

9. What ml-ability is your absolute favorite?

Huhu, im ml4 QQ..

Phaseshift.

11. What artifact are/is lying under your pillow at nigth?

Nothing special, im piercespecced and the artis for pierce compared to slash is.. not really on par.

12. What artifact do you fear the most(in the hands of your stealthed enemy)?

PhN or WH, kills my styledamage totally.

13. What is your favorite spec?

Im a fan of high CS, since its classdefining. Other than that, the regular I guess, wyrdweaponskill, enuff stealth to reach 50composite, at least 47env composite.

14. What spec(your class only) makes you think; people are crazy.

CDspecced NS.. thats nuts!

15. How long do you think you will keep on playing your stealther?

Until I realise it isnt fun anymore. Or if it become 100% hopeless to solo.

1. Why did you roll the class you play today?

I rolled my nightshade maybe, 2 months after DAoC was launched. Before that I had tryed out a minstrel on US and a skald. The skald was real good fun but when i got to lvl 46 and started to be competative in the big boy RvR I noticed spd5 with 32 mb gfx and 700 mhz was not gonna cut it, so I rerolled a stealther and Nightshades seemed fun, and also when u moved in stealth the comp didn't lag as much.

2. Do you regret it? And if you do, what stealth-class would you rather play these days?

Can't say I regret making a NS, even tho i remb regreting it when I dinged level 34-35 and thought I was gonna get into groups in CM...

3. What is the best with your class?

Not playing my NS anymore. But my minstrel, and the best thing with beeing a minstrel is that I can kill / outlast adding stealthers. I made my minstrel a tank basically since I was tired of mos4 hunters duoing trioing ur ass down with razor edge ( Ons this is you , but you never added )

4. What is the worst with your class?

Worst thing beeing a minstrel is the lack of MoS, or the fact that all other stealthers got it. I can't hide from them, and I can't run around unstealthed either for obvious reasons.

5. Which/What enemy stealth class do YOU find hardest?

I find high realm rank Sbs to be the hardest to kill.

6. Which enemy stealth class do you prefer to bump into?^^

Hunters are always easy to kill, this is basically b/c they have a slow swing spd, slash weak armor and most of them basically suck.

7. What RA do you like the most?

SoS! But when chance is given I'm gonna respec out of it since it's bugged to hell, if I use a end pot, ablative, ML ability etc the speed breaks.

8. What RA do you dislike the most(in the hands of your stealthed enemys)?

MoS, ruins everything for me basically.

9. What ml-ability is your absolute favorite?

Hmm, I have to say cleanse and warguard, if I had to make a choice between them I'd say warguard.

10. Which ml-ability do you dislike the most(in the hands of your stealthed enemys)?

Not sure tbh, I got all tools I need to counter either DOT spikes, FZs, PS etc.

11. What artifact are/is lying under your pillow at nigth?

I guess, that would be SoM, b/c it's soft and silky~

12. What artifact do you fear the most(in the hands of your stealthed enemy)?

Think I have to say SoM here aswell , not funny to hit on a stealther that either evades all your hits and when you do land it's absorbed.

13. What is your favorite spec?

Well, donno really I been 50 ins 33 stealth 29 slash for a while, but I guess 43 ins, 50 slash and abit of stealth could work also.

14. What spec(your class only) makes you think; people are crazy.

Donno really, hard to mezz up a minstrel spec - tho I myself would never go 18+x in stealth, either go all the way or not at all.

15. How long do you think you will keep on playing your stealther?

Well, since I got 3 stealthers equipped I have alot of choice but the truth to be told I mostly play one char alot for a short period of time, and then I get pissed off and take a two week break, to get the will to play back ;s

Well played high RR assasins in general.

SB/Hunter since im bladespeced. But a nice 1vs1 with any stealther rox.

Purge3, and vanish1 to use vs them adding casters.

OF-Vanish. Nothing untill now (remedy)

Mezz and DoT mine, love to play with decoys tho

Highest possible CS spec. Played with pierce to rr8 then whent blades, and so will i stay quz its uber fun to play and build templates on.

Humm hard to say, peope that specing more then 50-51 (modified) in base weap spec i guess.

Played scout for a long time, quit daoc, came back, couldnt get scout back, so infil seemed like the obvious choice since i enjoyed playing stealther classes so much. Never really liked the minstrel class tho.

Dont regret it, but always wanted a shadowblade, wont happend now with the love they getting tho.

3. What is the best with your class?
imo infiltrator is the best allround assassin in the game, also it allows me to choose most of my fights, and go afk whenever i want.

stealthzergs and the way they can grief you. hi MoS.

in stealthers case, never the class, always the player. if i would say for example shades, that wouldnt really be true since its only a handful of shades being really hard etc. same goes for all stealth classes ofcos, some are hard, some are not.

Was bored playing bm/eld so decided to roll a stealther had a ranger before wanted Nightshade.

No i dont regret it and no i wouldnt play any other stealth class cause dont sound very apealing.

Like VF said beeing able to pick my own fights.

Beeing a luwi with low str

The idea of having a stealther was just nice back in the days when almost nobody had one and I already played Alb so made an Infil but also I dident know when I hitted 50 that the SBs were so OP.
I could afk whenever I wanted and pick my own fights wich was great.

Nope since I had alot of great moments with my Infil!

Best overall stealther in my eyes so not going into detail.

Lots of tactical play... hunt stealthers if you want to, towerhump if you want to, keep defences... whatever it is, there´s always something to do.

Why would crush resistant armour bother you as a scout, when your melee damage types are slash and/or thrust? You can change arrows ya'know

Friend made an infil, and minstrel infil duo sounded like fun idea with all the utility. No waiting for grps either, instant playing

I have had good times with minstrel. Though with shitty template and below rr5 i lost far more than i won If i would make another stealther someday i would probably make kobbie SB.

3. What is the best with your class?
Utility. I am able to move fast and still hide from fgs plus i can solo decently.

4. What is the worst with your class?
Gimped in fg's. (well you can't have it all ). Killing slowly, and sometimes fights feel bit dull, with just dumbing ML's & artis. Don't know if i am skilless, but i find myself really Iwin timer dependant.

The one which caughts me timers down.

Low RR shadowblades.

7. What RA do you like the most?
Probably Sos, saver when you don't want to give rps to stealthzergs. Am2 gives a laugh sometimes when duoing.

Vanish. When i finally get a good fight the bastard vanishes before i get my throphy And for sure i can't find him again without SL and gimp stealth.

Warguard. Quite obvious reasons i suppose.

Bodyguard is annoying if used by stealth grps.

1/Rolled the class i play today after i played Origionally in the US when game first came out and got Kited to hell by 2 Scouts as i played a Troll Warrior

2/I have loved playing my Scout back in the days of Old Emain, AMG crew (hi all) abolutely no regrets

3/The best with Scout class is the Utility in RA's and ML's, apart from that there pretty crap LOL.

4/Well the worst i can imagine now after this patch is gonna be the weapon skill debuff, thats gonna suck, as Scouts are crap in Melle as it is (looking from the stealther war point of view)

5/Most other stealthers, lets be honest Scouts are Crap compared to most other stealth classes.

6/Dont mind bumping into any stealth classes, in fact i like to find them, high MOS ftw

7/Ignore Pain - PD - Purge.

8/No comment - Not giving them any ideas lol

9/We all love the Zepher is out get out of jail free card.

10/Then we all hate the Zepher when we are been dragged on our asses

11/After this Patch there will be a few Artys i wouldnt mind trying to work into a new template

12/Anything that gives them the edge

13/my new and current favorite spec is 42 shield, 32 stealth, 35 Longbow, rest Thrust (RR8 +18)

don't play my huntress much these days since i enjoy the not-getting-rolled-over-by-every-enemy-that-spots-me i got from playing healer, but with the new patch i'm thinking of really ToA:ing my huntress and perhaps start playing it again.

when i started playing i didn't know anything, but i didn't want to have a char that everyone had, so at lvl7 i deleted my savage to reroll. looked at hunter and thought ''hmm, can't be many of them around''. made a valkyn since i thought there would be even fewer of them. i would have made a SB since they had a cool name and wielded two weapons at once, but a friend said that they never got groups, as opposed to hunters

2. Do you regret it? And if you do, what stealth-class would you rather play these days?

both yes and no. in OF it was hell getting raped by assasins over and over but it was also alot of fun scouting in odin's gate and standing on the battlements shooting albs and hibs. i always wanted a SB and now with the new easymode ToA-patch (i already got golden spear \o/) i rolled a kobbie SB since they are so much cooler than a norse. but most of all i guess i want a NS since they can be luris.

3. What is the best with your class?

the ability to defend towers and keeps.

4. What is the worst with your class?

getting beat all the time (but i think that is mostly me). slow 2H and the evade rate of assasins and block rate of shield users i guess.

Because I got bored playing the healer I started with (Kelmon). It is a lot more fun to be a damage dealer... I was duoing with a hunter in the Alb OF and thought the class was fun, so I rolled one as well.

2. Do you regret it? And if you do, what stealth-class would you rather play these days?
I'm happy with my huntress. It's the only bow-class in Midgard, and as such I serve my realm. If I were to play another realm, I'd probably still play their archer class.

3. What is the best with your class?
The pet and Call of the Hounds.. Good fun.

4. What is the worst with your class?
Shortest range on the bow, no option to get really slow bows.

Anything that can stay alive long enough to force me into melee and minstrels, cause you end up having to survive the CC + shouts on top of the melee.

Scouts who are slow with their shields or rangers from a long distance.

Mastery of Stealth 5.
