Anyone know why they were given this fine and the caps owner suspended? Hvent been able to keep with the NHL this season thus been in the dark for quite a bit of it, was especially suprised to hear they'd transferred Jagr to help keep funds. Now this fine? Can't be helping them much, they've even recalled one of their defencemen from thier lower leauge team, the pirates. Turning into an absolute shambles.
