Albs main CC'er has a form ofdetermination already. Okay it's in mind-spec and only works on mezz but beside that its 'free'. 40% (or 55% if you're 45+ mind which isnt too common) mezz reduction is quite uber.

- Determination is back with a vengeance.

Determination 1: 4% reduction to crowd control duration
Determination 2: 8% reduction to crowd control duration
Determination 3: 20% reduction to crowd control duration
Determination 4: 38% reduction to crowd control duration
Determination 5: 55% reduction to crowd control duration

79% with stoicism, thats more than prenerf det. So we're basically talking CC immune tanks again. People were already running tank groups more or less - this will just reinforce that trend I suppose.

- Artifacts never run out of durability. Good news for casters. Will start using Tartaros for pve then

- Caster speed nerfed to somewhere between current and 1.75 level.

- Shield of Immunity / MOC nurfd for sorcs.

Nice changes there, pleasantly surprised by the artifact stuff too (tho could've seen it coming if the yanks whine about arti dur as much as europeans do ). Bring on the patch \o/

Being rather bored I read through the patch notes and noticed this:

- Kraken and Leviathan will no longer suffer defensive penalties when in combat with a large number of attackers.

Does this mean they are possibly starting to consider fixing pet spam as an easy way to kill certain high level mobs?

and they aint removing moc from sorcs, you just cant use moc and soi at the same time. when it ways its removing moc from sorcs, it means theyll just need to buy it again (cheap respec imo )

Sorry, but the self reduction buff is worth shit. If you end up mezzed a 2nd time and your purge is down and no one can demezz, then you are down. 55% reduction or not and from my perspective it doesn't really work like intended.

Albs will be most screwed by this, Sorc is main CC'er, caster HP table, caster cloth armor, no Valgair style interrupts via weapon, will defo always need BG from 1.76 on, every other caster in group too, but I doubt people will group other casters than Sorc at all, which is bad.

Give the Sorc a level 50 mind line spell that is an instant buff and makes ML9 fully buffed templars with wild minion 5 un-CC-able for 30 secs or so like the tanks will be in 1.76 in general and see how big the cry is then .

The det changes look good at first but will ruin the game for a lot of classes. I'll adapt, but having 2 light tanks charging you while an Eld/SM is nuking nuking shit ouf you is hard enough. With 1.76 you can be sure that more tanks will be charging you, yay!
