1.70R - Font of Power gets nerfed in PVE only..

yes because after 10 seconds out of combat it pops up a window going "HAHA NO POWA FOR J00!!!!!!" and doesn't regen your power a hell of a lot faster than any other power regen in the game... it's true! it does nothing now!

oh and it doesn't keep on powering the healers when they're healing away at all....

I overlooked Mid

Well Mythic does that alot so we kinda used to it by now

Depends if it's you or your group that's been in combat that affects the timer.

HIBS : Other Realms are so overpowered. We have no high RR´s /cry

ALBS : Mids and Hibs are overpowered, they got AoE insta mezz /cry

wish they would overlook Mid ... would be a nerf less if they did.

PF nerf is mainly gonna affect epic scale pve, like dragon raids etc (i know for us middy's raiding every week it will be harder, but we managed without it before.... )

can see it slowing down PL people abit but again, managed fine with moderna groups in the short time before toa with powerpots/pox/mcl dont see how its gonna be different now
