Eh, wtf? How could it actually reduce damage? I mean you are saying that 1%-100% guaranteed crits are worse than 1%-50% crits with mopX? Is this a joke or am I too stupid to understand something?

its not, as dex & toa cast speed is what the whole thing is calculated upon..

Many spells delve differently.. 2.5, 3.0 ect..
a 2.5 spell caps @ 1 second. (40% of delve value)
a 3.0 spell caps @ 1.2 seconds (40% of delve value)

basicly you reach this "ability" to cap your spells by having a certain amouth of dex..

2. Sorc with pd, moc, rr5, LT and ml9 templar.
3. Shaman who moc and shear.
4. Spiritmaster with pd, moc3 and "quickcast bodyguard"(pet)
5. Champion rr5 ability

7. Zerker in vendo+battler debuff and Banespike.

5 - Speedwarps... for the next 19 hours :drink:
6 - The 50% of archers who do nothing but camp towers / add on fights and run when attacked. (Though as an alb I probably don't have it too badly)

9 - The utility of a well played bard ;)

To be group effective? Vamp is average in group nothing OP about em there.

ofc in 1v1 that is a different thing. but you should still be able to beat em.

3 hib bm /slam /savages who got nerfed with because they couldnt' use one of their best positional styles bcause of stun effect of some of them (tendrils on tanks)

4 Grapple retared shti ability combinated with bodyguard 1 woulda been fine but not both on same class, still think grapple should be changed.
