Gosh aye. Was running like a headless chicken when I met him. He is so rude, he nukes you a bit, you move closer, he moves away, then he nukes you a bit and a bit more and all so fast but the death is still so horribly slow and painful!

Well cast speed is capped at 40% of casting time, so a lot of casters will hit speed cap once fully TOAd and with 2-4 levels of augdex. Probably more that he was hitting you twice as hard as many

luri / sara / kobi with 10 starter dex, 101 dex / 10% cast speed in template and aug dex 4 should cap ur cast speed :eek:

kob has 10 less start dex than sara/luri. And my eld caps cast speed with aug dex2 and 26 in template, 15 at start.

i very much doubt it

went from 390 to 402 dex a couple weeks ago and the difference is very noticable. staj has the same (dex4), but 26 in template - 403

It's so funny people think that cap is at 386. yes it was for ages in OF.
Without the old MoA RA you're not gonna cap castspeed with 15+dex2 or 403 dex, with 410 you still feel a difference.

Nope its only with 386 and 10% TOA castspeed together that you *should* hit the cap. Formula is 1.5% increase for every 10 dex above 60 up to 250, and 2% for every 10 dex above that. That means with 386 dex you have: 1.5*(250-60)/10 + 2*(386-250)/10 = 55.7% increased cast speed, or 1-0.557=0.443 of the listed casting time. A TOA bonus (which is multiplicative) of 10% on top of this gives 0.443*(1-0.1)=0.3987 which brings it to the casting cap of 40%.

I say should because I can't deny what VF is saying about noticing a difference (assuming he has 10% cast speed ofc). If thats correct the only explanation is that they completely removed the hardcap without telling anyone.

hardcap is 40% of delve. with 403 dex I cast at 40,8% speed of any spell.
with dex 5 I cap at 40%, with 417 dex.

same here... when testing NF on the test-server. i had a lurikeen with 426 dex(0% casting speed) and it was way faster than anything i have ever seen in my daoclife..

lol I will have 371 dex cap whit auge dex 3 + 10% casting speed and my life drain spell is almost at cap cap life drain is ate 380 a 385 or samting 1 sec cap you wont go under that or you are cheating most spec dmg spell are 3.8 sec so need same more dex but you will cap schield's spell if you have 400 + dex wieeeeee
