a few differences ive noticed as ive grown older, i still enjoy the music i liked as a kid but im not a prejudiced against other stuff now im old enough not to give a shit about not being cool. This surprises me as you expect the old duffers to be the stick in the muds.

When I was a kid i was really up tight about saying/doing/wearing the right thing, i had to work so bloody hard to look like i didnt give a toss... nower days i just have to leave the house in a hawiian shirt brought from a charity shop and its mission accomplished.

I'd work hard for other peoples approval when I was younger and now I find I am tight as a crabs arse when it comes to approving of others but i dont really mind if they dont approve of me.

on the whole i know most people seem to fight to defy aging and retain their youth but tbh sod youth, looking back on it it was waaaay too much hard work!
