Sometimes people who are older and "wiser" act stupid and say stupid things too tbh.

Still, when you're young you probably ain't that learned. No need to take offence when corrected. It's the learning path.

But if you're older, you got no excuse for being a dumbdumb

back to the sort of the topic any hoo i think its true what i think it was bugs said it earlier about how the OT people are more of a close society tbh i mean i went and had a look in the general section a few times and OMG they are soo rude it was like being in a different planet tbh and i thought sod that i'll stay here so maybe because we all speak together so often things that are acceptable on the other areas arnt really acceptable here because its quite a personal forum.

and as to the quote that young people act silly and do stupid things... You dont have dibs on it busters!! numa numa anyone??

old people can be silly too... they just tend to get fractures more easily when they do.

Lately I have been reading alot of threads in the off-topic section of this Forum, and alot of things come to mind about my own or your views on people on the Forum or in the world in general.

I have certain views on many people on this forum (names shall not be mentioned due to it being considered as 'insulting'), for example I dont really understand why some people let their real life problems be told on an internet forum when they could probably sort it out themself. What are your views on people who do such things as that? An example would be 'My Girlfriend cant stay round' - What are your views on people who make such threads on the forum.

So basically this thread means 'What dont you like people doing on the forum' It can be anything from their political views or from them acting childish. Anything but please keep names out due to it being considered as 'insulting' or a personal atack from the FH CoC.

For me Personally.. i find people that make completely USELESS and NON Content threads MUCH more annoying and stupid. than folks who ask for "advice" on there RL issues.

i myself would never bring my personal life into a forum like this.. But those who do consider this forum kinda anonymous.. kinda like samaratins etc etc.. hence get advice on certain issues without there problem being public (by that i mean u dont know who they are IRL)

Whereas in my opinion people who post completetly stupid useless threads that dont even make sense in the 1st place.. really need to get a life.and those people (whome in most cases dont even play the game no more) IMO need more help than those that post real life advice problems.

But its inevitable and i dont slate you for it, Like mark said when i first played this game i was about 16 and stayed at home playing comp games loads. Now i live in diff country etc and am totally diffrent.

Its just inevitable when u have people of age grps varying from 13-40 partaking in the same disgussion.

the childish view is thinking that a 16 years old cant contribute to a debate, or that their views are wrong, im not sure what cases you're thinking of.
for example i think sharma's views on that case is one sided and ignorant in the iraqi case, but i'd gladly discuss it with him (not trying to flame you or anything!). he might think the same but that shouldn't. age shouldnt be an issue in debate
