1. Six Feet Under
This is television of almost redefining brilliance. Its very deep - frequently very moving and full of disturbing dream sequences. Groundbreaking, original, and fascinating.
Here in Denmark, they would rather show stupid, stupid home-improvement-show in primetime. This series contain a perfect mix of drama and comedy, that would appeal to a lot of people here, but I guess cheesy shows like "We can't control my own children - help us" is easier to digest than topics as life and death as in "Six feet under". 10/10

2. The Office
The atmosphere at the office is very well done and Steve Carell does a great job portraying a complete insensitiv and ignorant idiot who is also simultaneously lovable- great . 9/10

3. Prison Break
A fast paced drama that grabs your attention from its first scene to its startling cliffhanger ending. 10/10(Season 1) 8/10(Season 2)

Gone for comedys mainly; best of the rest would be QI, Lost and 24 (didn't pick these last two as they are a bit predictable but still top quality shows.)

1) Red Dwarf

Watched it right from the start and it is just a fantastic series, even at it's worst. At the time I though series 7 and 8 were awful, but looking back on DVD now I see that they had their moments.


2) Angel

The spin-off to Buffy the Vampire Slayer and a better, darker and edgier series. For one of the few times I love the longer story arc as opposed to stand alone episodes or a season arc.


3) Mythbusters

Adam and Jamie get up to some of the strangest things when putting urban myths to the test and has some of the wildest, bizarrest and funniest moments.
