Nice to heard some quaint practices are still alive and kicking.

In London everyone gets their papers given to them on the tube underground. Newsagents can't afford flack armour and anti-personnel land mine detectors for each paper boy.

Tis 62 quid a month for weekdays only and 16 papers a day.

Not bad tbh.

So on weekends I get a lie in ^^

5:30- Get up
5:35- get dressed and stretch out
5:50- Go running for an hour
6:55- get home and have drink of water
7:00- Do sit ups (500)
7:30- Back to bed
9:00- Get up shower get dressed
9:40- Off to training and boxing
