Random - My friend
Melgar - Knows more about being an RvR caster than almost anyone in Midgard and a very nice person
Ottar - TPP what more can I say
Nicodemus - good friend since level 10 or so
Bodond - My bodyguard
Malenka - Top grrrl
Kryin - One of the best RvR healers around
Aarween - One of the other "best" RvR healers and a fabulous asset to EoO

But a big speshie mention for my most fave tank Kolja... level 50 uber shield warrior who also has to put up with me at home in real life for which a medal should be specially minted.

My guildmates: the best people on Midgard to argue with. Makes Midgard a lot more interesting for me. ...Just wish they'd argue back more.

Of course others, but guildmates especially. Esola, Krill, Gorthon, Bjodala, Rendon, Mazter, Madan, heck even Jyb!

I'm not surprised a lot of people are citing guildmates, after all, what are we in guilds for if not the company?

This is the first post ive bothered to reply to and it is a cool topic imo,

we can all pat each others backs instead of slating them.....erm not that we ever do <cough>

everyone in SoR - most of us came from hib but have settled pretty well in mid now (i had to say that didnt I)
peeps in CoH - didnt really know many of the peeps in there but its good to see more people in the guild chat, its never quiet in there now
Mortymer and Belorfyn - for arranging a lot of the alliance hunts in the recent past
Roo - should most definitely be in some kind of public speaking job

and to all the regulars that run riot in emain

and also a special mention to saaug who never fails to amuse me and makes daoc even more interesting.

I'll take that as a great compliment, plus do you realise how heavy my armour is, even a little dwarf could catch me

ok, you can be on my midgard friends list aswell, oh and that little durgi, and Noita just a few people I have met outside the zerg ie. in small groups or solo, this is why I still play the game.

Obiously there are others but these are just a few recent examples. The best RvR is when you get either one or two groups against the same number (unless fighting against hibs where you need twice the number to have a fair fight) when a fight is like this and the outcome will be determined by mostly skill, thats when RvR becomes fun.

sad but true, the situation at the mile gates is absolutely depressing at the moment, I couldnt be bothered to read the why albs are crap in rvr bitch thread but for me I think it stems from both a lack of trust and ill feeling between guilds within albion. Thats not to say every member of a certain guild hates every member of another, but a small number of people really ruin the realm spirit with their petty small-mindedness.
