Dynamix games, Willy Beamish (nerf 16 disks) and that futuristic game in china involving drugs, cant remember name :<
Will have to say Dark age of Camelot since I obviously have been playing it for over three years.
Secret of Mana & Chrono Trigger for the Super Nintendo
Also the Super Mario Kart series, played them all but prefer the Super Nintendo version
Any Rainbow Arts game for the Amiga really, Turrican 1 & 2 etc and such WUB MUSIC!
Zelda series, preferably Ocarina of Time for N64 and Zelda IV for Gameboy
Blue Max, Boulder Dash, Up & Down and Arkanoid are the most rememberable games from the C64 I liked
last but not least, Zeppelin for the C64

EDIT: Also all the Imagine games, Arkanoid, Batman etc. with their COOOOOOL loadingscreens who had awesome music

Kings Quest, Sim City, Prince of Persia, Civilisation, Elite, StarControl 2, Master of Magic, UFO - Enemy Unknown, Dune 2, Command and Conquer, Heroes of Might and Magic 2 (and 3), Mechwarrior (several of them), Warcraft, Starcraft, Baldurs Gate, Fallout 1 and 2, Planescape Torment, Hidden and Dangerous, Outcast, The Sims (/blush), Age of Empires

Then i had a game break for a couple years before i started playing DAoC and now i cant really enjoy non-mmorpgs anymore ^^ Still, some nice games ive tried while playing mmorpgs are:

Knights of the old Republic, Prince of Persia - The Sands of Time, Medieval/Rome - Total War, Dawn of War
