b) Bring atleast 3x as many stealthers to a milegate near you then any other realm can

d) SOS away when uncovered when they dont have the initiative in a fight

e) Making everyone lag close to ATK in Emain due to excessive buffbot-population

f) Emote from stealth

g) Ninja-keeptakes

h) Ruin RvR for the few solo/duo stealthers trying their luck in a zone DS is in

i) Bragging how a fg DS kills a regular RvR-opted fg (while we all know that aint true)

j) Brag in general about the great skills they possess while Im quite certain there are only a handfull of good players in DS (yes, there are also quite good stealthers in it, I admit it!)

Sorry but I aint impressed when I see 'PvE-PLchanterbot was just killed by RR3-fotmnoob' when sitting in DL.

I accidently deleted a nice FRAPS-recording I had which showed in great detail how these noobs flee (with SOS) when uncovered. Ah well, will probably make a new one soon, its pretty common nowadays on Prydwen to uncover 3 stealthers near Bolg and see them hit the SOS button in a pathetic attempt to flee from a pet who sees through stealth xD

Thats because mr. wiseguy Albion has one more stealther than the other 2 realms, do you hear us complaining about hib that they have more healers in battles because they have 4 classes that can heal?

Anything wrong with that? It does say "enemy of another realm!" when I last clicked on a hib/mid.

Running from battles you cant win is lame? seems like skill to me since you have to decide if you can take the other group on, rather run away and live then stay, die and give the enemy realm realm points.

You seem a bit on the whiny side since you probably got killed by the big bad "stealth zerg" this is daoc and you will never ever get a fair fight, wont happen, not even 1fg vs 1fg will be fair.

Rambo is having vary much fun playing this game at that particular way, and the fact that everyone is complaining on his "kiddy" and "zergy" and "asdfasdfasdf-ish" behaviour as long as the fact that people complain that he is ruining the game make him continue is upgrading his levels of fun.

After reading this, I just had to comment.

RVR in our game is a matter of adapting. A new class or spell is introduced and you either adapt or you lose alot. What I find amusing is that when other realms do something, its ok. But when someone who is rr11 does it, its not.

Now admittedly, I don't really know Rambo all that well. I've been playing since beta and have only had a handfull of chats with him. I don't troll daoc.prydwen irc, so I don't know how he behaves there either. From what I know of him, he does really well in rvr and he does it from what I have heard, WITHOUT radar.

I can't tell you the amount of times I know people have gotten attacked by a group of sb. Usually yes, they come in groups of 3 or 5... but I have seen 2 groups pounce on 1 person. (usually that's me but oh well, my fault for going alone and thinking my 26+14 stealth was enough lol). So if i understand this right, this person (as well as a lot of you) are mad because of 2 reasons, that Rambo bumped it up a notch and because he isn't the nicest of people when he wins.

Well to be honest, if he hadn't someone else would have. And as far as whether or not he's nice ... there are only a handful of people in the other realms who are actually nice after getting a kill off me. And I'm rather easy to kill because I don't rvr on a regular basis and don't have teh uber sc set. That was not a whine, I simply prefer to spend my money on other things.

Some of the issues Puppetmistress brought up are a little mild tbh. Tons of enemy stealthers emote while stealthed. Killing people while afk, also done a lot. And killing people while on /stick? Well that's why a good group leader will lead people thru potentially dangereous gank areas in a back and forth pattern. We were told at level 30 in sauvage to NEVER run in a straight line, I just assumed everyone else knew this too.

Now as far as adding into a fg vs fg fight, I don't approve of that. (whatever my opinon means to those concered ) If they are doing well, let them be. Sit back and watch, cheer for your realm mates. But to jump in when they are doing well... well I think you wouldn't be too happy if someone did it to you.

Running from a fight? Well I have always believed in staying in fighting even if its 10 vs little ol me. But that's just me. Keep in mind though for those of you w/o stealth that the only way stealth works is when you are away from the enemy. Getting mad at them for using sos? Well if they aren't allowed to use sos then hibs shouldn't be able to use group purge. Oh wait, we are talking about how Albs are overpowered, I forgot.

The thing is, we all know there is a tightknit group of stealthers in Midgard. They may not be in the same guild, but they do work and group together a lot. They have been able to put their differences aside and work together. This is something Albion has a hard time doing. Now that they are finally learning how to work together, people get mad. Seems you just can't win.

There are 2 things that we can all do to make rvr in emain better... travel in 2fg or less (unless keep/relic raid) and for goodness sake, stop using buffbots. Just collectively say you know what, lets get a balanced healer(whatever realm you are in) who can buff and rez well. That spec used to be very popular, why not bring it back.

Until you (a collective you, not aimed at anyone in particualar) stop doing what you think everyone else is doing, why should they listen to you. (ie people in glass houses analogy).

Oh and one more thing... if you camp the pk's (this means everyone) no one will come out and play with you. So keep that in mind. If you ever get tired of Emain, there is Odins and Hadrians Wall.

I've played this game for a while, not since beta but still a long time. Met Rambo and Constanze only a few times, even killed him once in Sauvage (because he was running unstealthed, was res sick, and I had ip purge up). I avoid emain because it sucks, and the zerg is a nasty thing to die to with 16-32 enemies all bashing/nuking you at once, when only 1 or 2 of those grouped is all that it would take to bring me down. But the one thing that constantly amuses me is the complaints about the zerg...steather or regular Zerg(tm). Its part of the game, its the way the game is evolving and hell, if you are in a zerg you really do last longer and don't have to have the downtime associated with /release and waiting for port. A stealther zerg is a bit cheeky but theres no rules against it. Just next time if you know theres a fg of stealthers somewhere, bring along a ranger/scout/hunter with TS or volley. Its one of the most effect ways of nipping that fg of stealthers in the bud. Archers are the great unwashed. No one wants them in PvE groups, no one wants them in RvR groups and they certainly have no place in major league hunts for uber items. Don't complain about it, just invite one of my sisters or brothers of the bow into your RvR group and have the enormous satisfaction of ganking the entire stealth group that is clogging up a milegate. There are ways to combat the stealther zerg and that is one the most effective ones available. Yes stealthers are a solo class in general and should be played that way, but since no one runs around anymore solo or in small groups its becoming a difficult task to make any rps. This is our small contribution to the realm wars. Use it.

Don't really want to add here because there are enough whines allready but as I said in previous posts, the fotm groups actually make stealthers group together, i admit some stealthers don't wanna group but I for one almost always do wanna group but can't get group in regular NON-STEALTH groups and i assume it is the same on every realm, the melee rogues(don't mean hunters, scouts, rangers cause they have TS) don't contribute to a group so they are rejected from groups most of the time so they start creating a new group with only stealthers which is logical because a a lone stealther you won't win against a full group of optimized peeps. So I understand all of them.

This is just my point of view. But I sure it is very accurate, only guild groups will invite stealthers sooner else you mostly get some crap that the groups are full or they are waiting for someone or we need a specific class which is their right to want to create fotm groups but stop whining on stealther zergs then if people wanna play it that way let them.
