well ive just got back from the dentist and i have no worries about my irl teeth (actually havent had the tooth dream for ages was just a question someone asked at college).

the last few nights though omg ive been having some really 18 rated horror dreams, one the other night i was desperately trying to watch the new sandra bullock rom/com and people kept getting murdered and dismembered and all kinds of bloody gorey stuff and i was getting really upset and kept thinking "all i want to dream is a nice sodding romantic comedy dream fgs, now im going to have to go to block busters and rent the actual dvd because i cant dream it :(" no joke i was really thinking this as i was asleep.

then i had a new dinosaur come in to one of my other dreams usually have t rex and velocorapters but this time i had a pteradactyl which was nice, really though im going to have to try hard and knock these horror dreams out though its not like i actually watch horror films any more either.

Eeasy one!

1) What do you think you teeth represent to you and/or others?

2) How does it make you feel loosing your teeth in the dream?

3) What is the surroundings, are you alone or are you in public place where it all can be seen?

-------

When you answered all these question you might know what it means to you, or could mean to you ( the symbolism of the teeth in the dream that is ).

cheers tris seems to be exactly the sort of thing that happens to me fairly often, I quite often have some control over what I dream but in the false awakenings I'm no longer aware I'm dreaming and thus lose that control things tend to get quite scary after that :p

think someone mentioned somewhere (someone i know at least) that its to do with the moon and the particular phase it goes through around the 28th of each month.

I don't think so. I found that you can easily manipulate your dreams with drugs. The more drugs you use, nicotine beeing one exampel the more often and more vivid dreams you get. ( Yes use it WHILE sleeping, to get maximum effect^^)

Actually all drugs that stimulate your CNS should result in increased dreaming while under REM sleep.

I was laughing at all you weird people having dreams, and thinking how lucky i was that i dont have any recurring dreams to worry about, then i remembered that i actually do :p

not technically recurring though, more progressive. Every now and then il have a dream where i get into a fight with someone (cant remember specifics like time/place etc, its just the typical chav coming up to me and starting on me). now back a few years ago whenever i had this dream id never do anything to fight back and id feel scared, and i mean REALLY scared, way more scared than id feel even if it was going on in real life. (ive never actually had problems with feeling fear at times like this).

Gradually though i noticed i was getting better, like sometimes id throw one punch before i got my ass kicked, or thered be at least a scuffle. and its built up and up with me getting more aggressive, and the last dream i had like this a while back, i ended up killing the person, and i remember feeling really chuffed in my dream for doing it (that made me frown to myself when i woke up).

so go on sigmunds xD crack that one. and dont tell me its something boring like "im growing in confidence" or "ive defeated an inner demon". i want something INTERESTING :D

had very similar dreams when i was younger, except for the fact I would throw punches but they would be ineffectual like I was hitting a brick wall it actualy played on my mind so much the next time I found myself in a situation likley to become violent I was worried about it happening irl, fortunatley it didnt and I dont think I had a dream like that ever since.

I put the dream down to the fact that my "father" was an asshole my earliest memory of him was him pushing me and my face hitting an old style fire gurad and breaking my nose, And i think the dream was my feelings of being powerless being expressed.
