They are quite easy to play compared to my bm I must admit. Tis fun sending off your pet after people and wait for the dm . They do get owned badly by stealther classes though just like all mages ^^

One thing that needs to be pointed out - to albs/middy tanks:
When a caster runs up to you and starts to pb - you'll die very fast if you ignore them and keep on bashing at the tank being healed in front of you ^^

Had a few chanters/elds try to pbae my merc on pryd... they learned not to, one blue elf ran up, pbaed me for 170 damage then got one shotted by my swords.

Amorgedi is currently a 341 rps and Evull is not a bg char, so that pretty much leaves me out. unless i decide to delete amorgedi and make another bg char

Not so sure about all mages being owned by assasins. Kileld more stealthers than have killed my SM ( Carus). If they dont one shot me i just qc pbaoe and 70% of the time they try and run away they dont get far with my pet after them. Even of they dont ive got a few staff kills

As for me pet - ofc companion pets > all

That said some chanters still ran around with ally's/compatriots which meant you guys got to live slightly longer than you should

Companion = snare dd
Ally = erm group heal and crap melee
Compatriot = a slow witted tank pet that takes a few seconds to adjust its position to intercept the enemy

Chanters cant mezz - light elds/mentalism menties can cast mezz but not chanters

Theres nothing worse than fluffing up your PA on a Cabalist or Chanter and running off with the pet after you. It never stops chasing you, and uncovers you even when stealthed

Chanters pets are extremely nasty, that snare is -very- horrible, and it casted from range!

AoEDoTting assassins was fun, most SBs "multiplied" under the effects

Best class I def played in BG was my light ment.
I had capped con and capped +hp items, so I just went around alone waiting for a SB or infil to PA me, then qc mez, heal up, stun, DD, DD, DD, dead

Ment = uber

Chanters = nerf
