48 PAC is still a viable spec too. But your healing will be sub-par, and once you'e used your CC spells, you'll have not much else to do in battle (thanks to the CC timers).

Its a nice spec, the group heal in particular still out-performs spread heals in large encounters when you need to heal everyone for a large ammount not just 2-3 people (its also great for drawing aggro off other people )

And 'enhanced celerity' really is a great spell

Of course i won't lie, i do miss AE mez and i still get funny looks from runies when i give them PoM1 (though that could be considered a good thing, i'm rarely asked for a purity now days ) I don't really notice it anymore because i've started to use MCL/Totems/mana potions more.

still its not a spec thats tailored too highly towards RvR, so if your looking for an RvR healer i'd say 48-50 pac, rest mend and the dregs in aug. And if your looking for an allrounder 36pac- 39mend - rest in aug

I'd suggest going for the allrounder if you want to do RvR and PvE, not that i'm saying pac spec isn't good for PvE but without doubt the best comination is a high pac/high mend healer in the same group

i think if u want too rvr go go 44 pac 30 mend spread heals are nice and u can still cc. going for 37 aug 39 mend specc means that u _must_ have another healer in grp with u that can cc for u (im talking about rvr, in pve i can single mez/stun mobs no problem if not sleepy) so if u are going the aug mend way find a pachealer and become his/her best friend
