Im pretty noob, at Warhammer i've not really in to what max level is..
Any who knows?

aye it's rank 40, but then there is renown (like rps in daoc, i think), gear, guild levels and all that to get

sweet.. but, so Warhammer its like only RvR instead of PVE ? so u get "rank" for killing people..? right?

There's PvE too, but yeah you gain XP for killing players too, so you CAN go RVR only, but theres PvE areas to XP in and join Public Quests etc.

well, i have thought some stuffs, will it be diffrents speccs on other chars like on Blac orc, like merc in DAoC, crush/slash/thrust.. ?

Any have red some on others posts.. and will it be guilds? will be awesome!

Well it lists weapons you can use for each class, and most seem limited to 1, so i'm thinking they'll probably go down the character bonus route rather than specilisation in a weapon. Eg you can use an ability to increase damage with weapon for 10 seconds rather than specilisation in weapons like daoc. I'm not in beta though, so thats a guess. There's a living guild system to be in place according to official release. GuildCafe - WAR Event, Part One: Living Guilds check that for info.
