Let me clarify..
Quickness does nothing for a spiritmaster other than make you swing your staff faster in melee and if you resort to that, you dont need it anyways. Swap the quickness on the crafted pieces for some con.

Aim to get some dex cap (Guard of Valor, Immolated ring from ml1.1 and so on) Jacinas sash might be worth thinking about too and Ceremonial bracer for bladeturn. Maddening Scalars for gloves..

So many things you can do to improve your template, quickness is plain out useless.

Darkness: Really need the cap (+11) to it
Suppression: +11 worthless for RvR, only adds damage on lvl50+ mobs

Resists look ok, just a bit low on spirit

ToA bonuses: missing 4% spell damage bonus, but that won't make much difference, good to have your casting speed capped capped, range is also nice to have (makes you nuke at almost bolt range) and a nice bonus of power pool

Not such a bad template, but focus on getting + dex/pie to cap and cap your con

Depends on your main spec whether or not you need +skill in your template. If your dark spec then you'd be better off forgetting about +skill completely and make the rest of your template a bit stronger. Suppression spec, then yes as Ncr has said as much +dark as poss to reduce the variance on your baseline nuke.

Also don't think the Gem of Lost memories is about for a few patches (1.70?) so bear that in mind. As Animus has already said Jacinas would be a much better belt choice (10% passive piercing, 15% arcane siphon when you use with traldors), so many good belts to choose from before you have to resort to BoM imo. Terkari's bane or Woven Hair of Malamis will help you with your dex/pie overcaps for example.

Wouldn't worry about putting +power on SC part either, you won't notice the difference. Power % is a different matter, need as much of the cap as you can get.

Nelex, I think they are pulling your leg here (appologies if not), putting 8 artifacts in one template will force you to spend the next 12 months just leveling them. Jump over to VN boards, there are some quite good templates that dont require that much work, and avoid the dream configuration since it is a bit over the top too unless you just have to have all the toys the game provide.

Here is one I found there which dont require just as much work, however, it dont have the silver horn in it and it isnt an "uber" template, just a fairly realistic one for non power gamers as long as you dont want it done _just now_. (appologise to the creator of the template for missing to save the name). It was initially designed for a darkness specced sm but your choice of ring from the Seven Rings quest can switch it to either spec. The lack of + in magic skills assumes you use your spec line spells all the time to avoid too much damage variance.

"Because a few people have asked me to post it, here it is.

PROS:
All maxed resists (spirit and matter are at 15%)
25 pie cap
22 dex cap
40 HP cap
10% resist pierce (5% through chant)
10% speed
21% power pool

CONS:
Only 4% dmg and speed
No morph
No Tartaro's Gift

The worst thing about template is easily no Tartaro's gift, and coupled up with the fact that there's only 21% power pool, you'll need to get MCL I and RP I.

The best thing is, besides that the hardest thing to get on here is Ceremonial Bracers, it is VERY SOLID. All maxed resists ('cept spirit and matter but who cares), 240 effective HP, 100 effective piety, and 97 effective dex (kobbies with 15 dex at creation probably will only need Aug Dex II to get 1.1 cast speed).

Agree on the range and cloudsong chant problem but you need a dedictated guild that helps you out if you want to reach max on almost everything. Personally I find the pve you need to do just to get that suit way over the top, looking more like you man an assembly line in the factory than having a bit of fun after a hard working day. So compromises have to be made.
