Dunno if many people saw the BarryWorld news item a while ago which featured a dead impressive Counter-Strike movie made by a guy calling himself Def_One. If you haven't seen it, it's well worth downloading and is available from the BW FTP site here. (Link points straight to 5.46MB .avi file, ppl!). You'll need the DivX codec, v4.02 of which is available at the bottom of this page.

Was gonna post this in my new-found Half-Life forum but I felt it had a more general appeal as I was impressed by it before I'd even seen CS.

This guy's site is also worth a look and he's also made a Half-Life Wassup parody which should keep Dan200 am00sed.

Course, if you've never played QW then the l33tness on show may not be apparent. Just remember that in a real game it all happens about 10 times faster than the slo-mo avi shows
