XP Task bar

I've just replaced my Quick Launch toolbar on my XP Task Bar.

However the task bar no longer shows any windows that I've got open.

WTF ?!

I've tried maximizing the task bar, sliding the grooves along. Nothing. Surely I don't need to do a system restore to fix it do I ?

Ignore. I rebooted the system and its working now
