Xp grp 40+

I found insanly hard to get a grp (one, what isn't disbanding after 30 mins, tho in that time we get very nice xp) with my lvl 41 earth theu.

So I'd like to make a regular grp in AC, not with mad 6 hrs/day, but at least 4-5 times/week and 2-3 hrs/occasion.

Pls write here if you are interested, I guess lvl range would be 40-43.
