xbox headset to pc used as a heradset for gaming?

is it possible? and what do i do to make it work, i want to use it as a headset teamspeak etc

I dont know but I dont get it, they now use USB so we can use our control pads on the PC but of course the wireless pad doesnt seem to work, only the wired pad works on PC.

As for the mic, why isnt it a standard connection like USB is!
