Necro + 2 Clerics can farm Xan np, the tricky part is getting into his lair witout dieing.

To start you have one annoying patroller with a bow, then you have several (not sure how many exactly) lvl 60+ guards, then you need to get past 12 to 14 x lvl 75 elites. Once thats all sorted the dragon is easy so long as he doesnt flip your cleric, aoe your grp or you get agro by his champions which he summons at 50%.

Set up camp at a decent loc and ur ok
