If you scorch the bbq you doin something wrong.. To get smoke flavour when using the bbq get some woodshavings put in a steel container under food add some water and let the smoke infuse the meat.. yummy...ah.. so you can basically emulate the flavour of scorched food with it?
Mmmm prinkorv fried with tabascoo and onion...
If you do it right you just get a really nice tasting sausage, if you do it wrong, you'll be hurting.. But the ammount of Tabascoo is up to you, can even use the green one not the same kick, but sweeter.Hmm, interesting idéa. This i will have to try!

but to be fair. Ris alá Mande is the best thing ever. With cherry sauce (or orange)
Talk about ruining nice sausage! Fry them in butter and just put some mustard on
QFT!!! I prefer the cherry sauce, but mom makes an apricot sauce that everyone just throws themselves at it!
Well hard to find a good ham today, most hams are just meat pressed together with some fat in the right places to make it resemble a ham. Bought a nice 6kg ham at Kungsbyn, saw 'em carve it off the bones, and know since last year their ham is soo good. The traditional Swedish christmas ham is still unbeatable imo, that or cooked pig tongue
