So whats your favorite on the table?

Mine has to be the ribs my father makes, boils them in liquid smoke, the grills them with my ketchup oragne/soy/mustard bbq sauce..

Liquid smoke? What's that?

I though liquid and smoke both described a different state of a substance?

Anyway my favourite has to be the meatballs and beetroot salad :>

ah.. so you can basically emulate the flavour of scorched food with it? :D
If you scorch the bbq you doin something wrong.. :p To get smoke flavour when using the bbq get some woodshavings put in a steel container under food add some water and let the smoke infuse the meat.. yummy...

Hmm, interesting idéa. This i will have to try!
If you do it right you just get a really nice tasting sausage, if you do it wrong, you'll be hurting.. :p But the ammount of Tabascoo is up to you, can even use the green one not the same kick, but sweeter.

QFT!!! I prefer the cherry sauce, but mom makes an apricot sauce that everyone just throws themselves at it!

Well hard to find a good ham today, most hams are just meat pressed together with some fat in the right places to make it resemble a ham. Bought a nice 6kg ham at Kungsbyn, saw 'em carve it off the bones, and know since last year their ham is soo good.

Will have left overs so i can make pyttipanna, schnitzel and other yummy foods..

Just dont buy the cheap hams ICA and COOP got.
