My mate went to the show and all the standing ovation stuff in the crowd is filmed at the end after the acts. A producer comes on and starts going "now can we have a mild cheer" etc

oh, certainly wouldn't doubt that as with many shows on TV, BUT I think most of it is genuine and besides I find it entertaining regardless

I only caught a glimpse of this at first - leaving the house for some reason and just looked over my shoulder. I thought she had on one of the latex rubberized suits and that was the whole reason for the act. After watching it again I think she would have been better off with one afterall. Someone in authority needs to cast a fooking big net over the queue forming outside these events and call a phychiatrist to see if they are taking their meds or escaped from somewhere. Am panicking cos I am beginning to realize the UK is totally full of nutters - either bloody chavs or deluded contestants...
