You be lucky, though it depends on morphius!? raid rules. The one rule for Bubbles raids are that this ring can NOT be sold/traded in any instances as so many people go on the raid just to get it.

what i know morp dont have any rule against that. anyway gonna try to get hold of bubble. maybe its ok as i always attend the raids to try get the ring too

realise not many ppl have 2 dragonrings so a velt of moirai could work too.
talked to bubble and was no problem btw
